Celebrating Our Einstein Green Otters!

We did it again! The Einstein Green Otters have earned all seven possible recognition badges from the King County Green Schools (KCGS) program for the second year in a row—an incredible achievement!

Our dedicated Green Otters worked hard throughout the year to promote smart, sustainable practices and help protect our planet. Their efforts included:

• Designing and displaying educational posters to spread awareness
• Planting herbs and other plants in our school garden
• Leading a No Idling Campaign to reduce carbon monoxide emissions during pick-up times
• Playing a key role in a Food Waste Reduction Challenge in the lunchroom

Thanks to their leadership and commitment, our school has now reached the highest level of recognition—becoming a Sustaining KCGS school.
